DIOS was founded in 2012 and started with consulting for space and synchrotron projects. Manufacturing of gratings started in 2013.

DIOS manufactures gratings for spectrometers and monochromators for application in IR, VIS, UV and X-rays.

DIOS supports customers in developing and design gratings for their specific application.

Manufacturing is done according to customers' specifications and demands.

                    - Wavelength ranges:    IR, VIS, UV and X Ray

                    - Grating Length (in direction of dispersion):       up to 250 mm (for larger lengths, please ask)

                    - Grating Width (in groove direction): up to 50 mm  (for larger widths, please ask)

                    - Groove Densities:    up to 3000 Gr/mm (for higher groove densities, please ask)

                    - Profile Form: symmetrical or blaze - blaze preferably on transparent materials

                    - Groove pattern: constant groove density or groove density variable along the direction of dispersion
